Great Writing tool at Low Price

I looked at a variety of options but the Lenovo was the best bang for the buck by far. I paid $148 and added MS Word, have use it to write on chapter of my new novel and the keyboard and screen are perfect for that function.

I am a youtuber and my videos come out really clean and professional looking. The sound is awesome; I can be heard well even when I'm using earphones. I also use it for school. It has an awesome battery life. Finally, I love that it came with a 3-month trial (literally 3 months) of Webroot anti-virus. Get it, you won't regret it!

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While the price on this thing is fantastic, The CPU and 4GB of RAM struggle to keep up if you have more than a handful of tabs open, or are running anything a bit more demanding like 3D modeling web apps or even Google Chat. The touchscreen is solid and looks good. The keyboard is usable, albeit a bit louder than my old Asus C433. Speakers are decent. Trackpad could be bigger and a bit smoother, but it's not horrible. The main issue is that in the 4-5 days I owned it, it would grind to a halt about once or twice a day. If you open one tab at a time, this will be just fine. If you're like me where you keep lots of tabs open at once so you can bounce back to previous tasks, I'd spend a bit more money on something with 8GB of RAM. Unfortunately I am going to have to return it.

When I arrived everyone was nice and while waiting I saw the one I ordered but it seemed small I ended up with the Chromebook plus and love it

It’s perfect for his needs to connect to Google Classroom and school email, take notes, conduct research, watch videos, create presentations and reports. I was able to setup parental controls including screen limits, safe searching, permissions for app store downloads and more. The battery life on it is great, too. If he was going into 9th grade I would have made a different choice and purchased something with more power and more versatility, but this fits the bill!
