Love my new laptop! I loaded my old laptop stuff easily! Very good price!

My expectations for this laptop were low. Only because of the price, almost half the retail. To my surprise, I am very pleased with the performance of this machine. A very good value, very satisfied.

Good laptop but the memory space is too small for what I needed and so it’s always lagging and shutting down. Other than that, good screen and works fine if you only need it for simple things

He listened to what I wanted, and he made me feel very confident and comfortable in the item I chose to purchase. Also, even though I was able to hold the midsize item, with a kind smile & without hesitation he took the item to my vehicle and loaded it into my vehicle. He is the best sale's person I have encountered in a while. He wasn't trying to just sale me something and get rid of me, I could tell he wanted me to be pleased with whatever I decided to purchase and not have to bring it back because I wasn't sure or displeased later.

Large screen and slim size are perfect for my needs and portability. Easy to set up and user friendly.

Great product works as described and is a very good computer

This is a twisted nematic display, so the viewing range is minimal. If you turn the screen to any other angle, it will look inverted, like an X-ray. This hurt my eyes really badly, so I switched to Lenovo's Ideapad 1i. It costs a bit more, but my eyes are so much better, and it's touchscreen, so I guess that's a small win. Otherwise, if you're okay with a screen like that, it loads pretty fast, and battery life for me was around 5-6 hours. It charges relatively fast too.

My laptop has great build quality and runs smoothly. It’s fast, reliable, and handles everything I need without lag. Definitely a solid investment.

Good laptop for the price - basic but sufficient for everyday use

Love this laptop, it’s easy to use and efficient. I love how thin it is and how easily I can move around with it.

Bought this for my administrative assistant and it's working great so far. Pleased. I will likely buy another for my children to use as our "family computer".

Great buy. This laptop is awesome for home projects. I connect it to a large screen, using it as a desktop, and take it as a laptop when travelling.
