Great laptop. Using it for daily remote access for work and school. No problems with speed. USB-C feeds 2 2 external monitors providing me 3 screens to work and study from.

I got this unit because I just needed a laptop computer to accomplish minor tasks and for email. It is perfect for that and more. Well pleased with my Lenovo to this day. For the price it is a great buy at Best Buy.

Very sleek design light weight super easy to travel with. One of my favorite features is the built in camera blocker you can slide on and off. The battery life can be slightly short if you’re using it consistently so keep your charger nearby. But I would recommend to someone looking for a new laptop to use for school.

Purchased this to be able to use my 3D printer on, but I also use it for creating LOTS of digital designs. It works very well for what I need.

Got this for my son for his birthday. Does everything he needs it to do. He does his school work and plays games like Roblox and Minecraft with no issues

I like my new Lenovo computer. The Geek Squad did a great job seeking up my new computer, and sitting with me to going over all the set-up I needed to do to transfer all my data from my old computer.

Great starter laptop and perfect for school. The only downside to the laptop is it doesn't have a touchscreen. Good battery and the monitor is bright. We would recommend it for a starter laptop for most teenagers.

For the price this laptop is wonderful. Fast with wonderful graphics. I do a lot web surfing, writing, and some gaming. Bought this laptop a couple months ago and I am pleased with its performance

I am having a good time with my new laptop, my chromebook crashed in june and i needed something quick and this was avalible. I was able to use microsoft subscription that was offered. I was able to transfer everything from my google drive to the new laptop, it was so easy. I love the features, lts lightweight and i can link it to my galaxy phone.

Among my thousands of dollars of purchases at this Oswego Best Buy was a Lenovo IdeaPad 1i Intel Core i5-1335U Ord # BBY01-807132384760 on sale for under $300. My daughter went to pick it up around 7pm since I was busy packing for my Southeast Asia trip the very next morning. The poorly skilled employee literally CANCELLED my order that I placed on the My Best Buy Credit Card instead of the pickup process... and then told my daughter something to dodge the responsibility of him erroneously CANCELLING the order, so she called me using her speaker phone with the Best Buy employee to explain what happened and I said, "Ok, I'll just reorder." The problem was I bought the i5 Lenovo on sale for under $300 a few days earlier, however, when I went to reorder that night, the sale had ended, and the price jumped to around $500.00. When I told the Best Buy employee this on speakerphone, he literally told me, "Yeah... the sale must be over, but if you still want it just go ahead and buy it for $500.00." I'm like uhhh... and literally had to break down the obvious problem step by step for him to grasp what should have been self-evident to any reasonable employee. He refused to get anyone of higher authority... and insisted no one could help in this matter... the "System" cannot be altered... and then refusing to get someone else to help???? I did not have time to deal with this with my flight leaving the very next morning, and I was not about to pay 66% more for something that I originally bought for $300... and since $300 was both my original purchase price and budget limit, I couldn't pay more and ended up settling for this particular Lenovo laptop which literally has half the specs - half the CPU power, half the memory, half the storage space... which expectedly worked much slower than what I needed for my productivity tasks halfway around the planet in Southeast Asia, and it couldn't even handle a simple video encoding task properly - it either crawled at a painful pace or just crashed outright.

Never had a Lenovo computer before but really love the one I purchased. Everything is there that I need. Still learning some of the things on it but like how everything flows so well.
