We find the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim is a fantastic addition for all our small business and household needs. Upgrading everything before the Windows 10 sunset in October was very important to us as well. We are considering one more laptop upgrade before then as well, it will be a Lenovo again for sure!

After I had done an Lenovo update laptop was stuck in Windows S mode which I had previously removed. I had to factory reset Windows to be able to remove S mode again. There was another issue after update but I no longer recall.

He was patient, friendly, professional, and informative about the various manufacturer products. He listened to what I wanted, and he made me feel very confident and comfortable in the item I chose to purchase. Also, even though I was able to hold the midsize item, with a kind smile & without hesitation he took the item to my vehicle and loaded it into my vehicle. He is the best sale's person I have encountered in a while. He wasn't trying to just sale me something and get rid of me, I could tell he wanted me to be pleased with whatever I decided to purchase and not have to bring it back because I wasn't sure or displeased later.
