I love my new laptop. I especially love the customer service I received . I am in my 70's and have a difficult time with technology . "Shayaa" with the Geek Squad at the Henderson location , was beyond helpful. She was so patient and informative in setting up my new laptop. I find the Lenova extremely user friendly and it meets all of my needs . I would not buy electronics from any other place than Best Buy . Quality and Customer service is outstanding .

The Lenovo series with the Microsoft platform is absolutely one of my better purchases when it comes to laptops the speed is great, and it syncs with everything I have. I would recommend this laptop to those seeking to produce documents at a blazing speed and have all of your cloud accounts sync all in one place no outside storage device needed. This was definitely one of my Best Buy's

I bought this Lenovo laptop primarily to run music 24/7 at my business via Spotify and Bluetooth, and so far it’s been excellent. It stays connected, runs smoothly, and hasn’t had any issues with Bluetooth dropping or performance slowing down. I didn’t need anything fancy — just something reliable, fast enough, and stable — and this has delivered exactly that. Setup was easy, it feels responsive, and it’s been running continuously without problems. I’ve only had it for about a month so far, but based on my experience, I’m very happy with it and would recommend it for anyone who needs a dependable, no-nonsense laptop for everyday tasks.

The laptop is thin and light weight. The full keyboard is a plus. Works great.

So far I am happy with the Lenova laptop I purchased. I owned a Dell previously and the hinges broke apart. Because of the way Lenova is hinged I don't expect to have that problem

I love the laptop. It was very inexpensive, very fast, and very easy to operate.

We bought two of these laptops for our household to separate personal use from our work and school Chromebooks, and they’ve been a dependable choice. The screen size works well for productivity and watching videos, and connecting to an external monitor and Bluetooth devices was quick and seamless. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the charger. It’s not USB-based, which feels a bit outdated and less convenient. Aside from that, the laptops perform well and meet our everyday needs without issue.

I am very happy with this full size inexpensive laptop. It does everything that I need and with a full size keyboard and screen. Now I have the same access as I have with my home computer when I hit the road. The built in memory is sufficient. With cloud storage I am all set. It is plenty fast for me. The display is good for anything that will do. I don't know how long the battery will last, but so far so good.

Great starter laptop and perfect for school. The only downside to the laptop is it doesn't have a touchscreen. Good battery and the monitor is bright. We would recommend it for a starter laptop for most teenagers.

I really like this laptop. It is just what i need. Not to much and not to little. Its easy to take with me to work and my classes. Best of all the price was just right.

I'm extremely glad I made this purchase? I got it for my mother who is 77 years old for Xmas and she uses it like a pro. The size is great and its very user friendly. It pretty much downloads all of the basic apps and you can download other apps as well. Don't let me forget the price also fits the budget pretty well. I would definitely recommend going to Best Buy to purchase a Lenovo!

Comfortable laptop, big, clear screen, great speed. Enjoyed this slim laptop in four countries in the first month since owning it.

Needed an easy to set-up and use laptop for emails, job searching, web use, and resume writing. This is a great product for the money, and I have had no issues since I bought it. It can do everything I need and then more.

I am having a good time with my new laptop, my chromebook crashed in june and i needed something quick and this was avalible. I was able to use microsoft subscription that was offered. I was able to transfer everything from my google drive to the new laptop, it was so easy. I love the features, lts lightweight and i can link it to my galaxy phone.

This laptop is fast and functional and keep a charge for a very long time. I am very happy with my purchase.

Just picked up the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3i and so far I’m really happy with it. The screen looks great, it runs smoothly for everyday tasks, and the slim Arctic Grey design feels nice and lightweight. Storage is limited, but for the price it’s a solid laptop for work, browsing, and streaming.

Great for the price! I got it on sale, and it does everything I need it to do for a secondary office laptop. It is running the latest windows and did not take long to set up. The laptop is light, boot time is minimal, and not a lot of bloatware which is common with other similar laptops. Now for the downsides. The touch pad is a little wonky, it sometimes makes the mouse move all over the screen. I mostly control this laptop remotely so I am able to avoid it The laptop hard drive write/read speeds are a little slow. So moving files or opening files felt a little sluggish for 2025. Outside of the those 2 aspects, this laptop fulfills its purpose.

Great option at this price point. Bought my first one in 2023, bought a second one for a family member two years later. Primary uses: WFH & online school - no issues.
