    Setting it up for basic usage was no issue. Trying to install Webroot security has been an issue.

    The laptop is all right but it gets damaged pretty easily if I am not careful with it. I can do some work on it like surfing the Internet and doing projects.

    Very basic laptop. Useful for social media and the beginner user. Its preset in S Mode which only allows windows apps. The option to exit S mode is available.

  • Forced Microsoft Account Made Setup Impossible

    I returned this laptop because the initial setup process was far too restrictive. It required creating or signing into a Microsoft account and enabling cloud services just to use the device. I never got past the setup screens and couldn’t access the laptop without agreeing to all of that. It wasn’t the experience I was looking for, so I decided to return it.
