Just make sure u get McAfee setup for protection besides having windows protection - and you get coverage insurance for the laptop itself. If too many things are being done at once it can freeze. But it barely happens.

I do not like that I have to put in a code every time I want to get into this computer. I wish that it was simpler. It also seems that the spell check is not very good because I misspelled two words while typing this and it offered no suggestions. It showed that it was wrong, but I had to figure it out for myself.

The only is I had was the Microsoft S mode that doesn’t allow you to download Chrome. You have to jump through hoops to turn it off to allow the download. Other than that it’s completely worth the purchase.
