I was looking for a laptop that is easy to learn and understand and this one works perfectly for my mother. She was able to learn everything so quickly and it is very durable yet light. A great product for simple online capabilities. The screen is also very clear and well lit.

Use to using Micro Soft Office in my old Apple and really don't like the system in this Laptop. Don't really want to have to purchase Micro Soft Office for the Lenovo at about $160.00 to add to the Lonovo. Will try to get use to using the current system. If not will sell this one and buy a laptop with MSO.

Good size screen and has a Function key lock. After I had done an Lenovo update laptop was stuck in Windows S mode which I had previously removed. I had to factory reset Windows to be able to remove S mode again. There was another issue after update but I no longer recall.
