was tricked into buying best buy membership at $179 rather than pay $250 for data transfer to new laptop. was not told in-store data transfer is only $100 even though I had my old laptop and power cord on the counter right in front of her. must be a nice bonus for employees to score new Best Buy members. don't be deceived.

The item order arrived. It was ordered on July 29; today is August 21 and still no delivery of theitem.. Tracking is still saying that the item is delayed.

Best Buy and FedEx lost my package and customer support was awful.

This has been so east to set up and work. I love how fast it is and definitely would recommend this computer to anyone.

I absolutely love this laptop. Excellent battery, super fast for the price. I would purchase it again! Lightweight. Display is excellent. I primarily do office work and run heavy on the Chrome tabs. I have never attempted to run a video game on this machine. I have better machines but I always fire up this Lenovo to get work done. It is hard not to like it after a few days of use.

Truly a great computer and a fantastic price. Does everything I want from it very little lag and loading programs. Don't wait. Buy it now

This was a Christmas present for a family member great price

It's a nice computer! I like it, and I can do everything I need to do on it. I will say though, when I first went to set it up, it was very slow and loud, but now it's working smoothly. Also, the battery goes down quicker than I expected, even when you're not using it. That hasn't caused an issue yet, just giving a heads up. Overall, it's nice but not extra fancy.

I bought this for my 76 year old mother. It's perfect for what she needs, a basic computer with decent speed.

Good product been working good and no problem with anything

Good one to get. Just make sure u get McAfee setup for protection besides having windows protection - and you get coverage insurance for the laptop itself. If too many things are being done at once it can freeze. But it barely happens.

I like the end number pad. It is harder to search for things than it was on my HP. I do not like that I have to put in a code every time I want to get into this computer. I wish that it was simpler. It also seems that the spell check is not very good because I misspelled two words while typing this and it offered no suggestions. It showed that it was wrong, but I had to figure it out for myself.

Use for wok when traveling and it does evening I need. Battery life could be a little better though

It works at 100%, I recommend it to be a very good product.
