Wanted a touch screen. Told first person helping me. He handed me off to someone else and obviously didn’t mention it. Didn’t realize my new laptop did not have that option till I got it home . Otherwise it’s fine

It is a good, budget laptop. It handles light processes well enough. It should've came with more on-board storage. Most of it was gone before I even did anything and it is not enough.

It's very good, really, but when I open more than 10 tabs in the browser, the laptop struggles a bit and slows down. But otherwise, it's of very good quality.

This was a very great deal. The computer works well. Got it for my daughter. She’s still taking college courses. Thank you, Best Buy.

A great PC for the price. Using it as a backup in case my primary PC breaks or gets a virus that needs cleanup, and for travel in case it is stolen. Keep this one basic for just checking email and browsing with no important personal information loaded.

I recently bought this laptop and I’m in love with it everything about it is perfect too me. It loads all apps and has a good screen quality for its price!

Very nice laptop for the price, only thing I can say about it is that you need to remove version 11 to run turbo tax but it was real easy to remove just went to u tube vidio
