Highly recommend!!! I’ve bought 4 of these now for gifts! The kids use them for gaming and YouTube plus school work. I use mine for work, design and personal use. 10/10 always recommend this laptop to anyone that asks. Never any issues, charges fast with a long battery life.

So far so good. I bought this for my husband and he's not so computer savvy... but he has no complaints thus far. Its good as a beginner computer.

I have purchased five of these computers for work. I have not had any problems with any of them. I highly recommend the IdeaPad if you need a computer that will not give you any problems and you don't have the most sophisticated computer skills.

Got this for my daughter in highschool. She loves it. It looks good, compact, but still easy to work on. Having the number pad is a plus. It performs very well even while she has multiple windows open and listing to music.

I purchased this laptop for my wife. She loves this laptop and it has improved her accessibility to work schedules vs using her phone. She has also booked us two vacation trips on it since i purchased it. So win/win.

Adapting to new technologies is sometimes difficult for a senior. So, I am delighted that I found a later version of my laptop and the wonderful Geek Squad transformed it into my reliable, and familiar, computer. Everything is running smoothly--and faster!!

Bought this for my parents as a way to do admin that’s not on their phone. Wasn’t expecting much but it’s very fast. I think as long as you upload everything to the cloud, the storage may be the only thing that will slow it down hopefully. It’s a good computer so far and happy with it for my parents.

This computer is exactly what I need for a work from home job and had most of the things needed already on it (like microsoft windows 11) You still have to pay for it but it is not a seperate package like I have experienced in the past. So far I'm loving the computer.... I did end up buying online because going in store to the Chesterfield MO Location was horrible. There was no one in the store shopping and all the employees were standing around but not willing to help when asked. "I have 2 people in the queue ahead of you" whilst no one was in the store... So when in doubt just buy online.

Set up was easy and smooth. Operation has done everything I have asked of it. I feel this laptop is a great deal. Seems to have quality and was definitely a low price. I would recommend this product for email, surfing the internet and social media, enjoying music videos, and tracking your school work or business items.

I am often online and need multiple screens that are connected through USB-C. It was hard to find a laptop that would do this without breaking the bank. This one fit the bill, has been dependable, and has enough memory for what i need. I enjoy the numeric keypad as well. Overall, very happy.
