    I pointed out the color and model I wanted to the salesperson, getting the touchscreen specifications available in the store. I took the computer home as a gift for my mom, but when I opened it, I discovered it was a different color and had no touchscreen feature.

    Very basic laptop. Useful for social media and the beginner user. Its preset in S Mode which only allows windows apps. The option to exit S mode is available.

    I've purchased this laptop twice. The first one stopped working six months after buying itand Best Buy didn't support the purchase.

This may be why are experiencing slowdowns in speeds when completing these tasks. We recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates.     Was good until it wasn’t. The backlight turned off and wouldn’t turn back on within a day of having the laptop. It made it very hard to use
