  • Using MSO vs this system

    Use to using Micro Soft Office in my old Apple and really don't like the system in this Laptop. Don't really want to have to purchase Micro Soft Office for the Lenovo at about $160.00 to add to the Lonovo. Will try to get use to using the current system. If not will sell this one and buy a laptop with MSO.

  • So...was it new?

    When I opened the new laptop and tried to get it setup for my grandfather, it was locked after having been logged into by another user. I couldn't do anything with it. I took it back in to the store and they reset it and said it was as good as new...but...wait...was it new? They offered to return it and order a new one but never could explain what happened with this one.

    The PC is a decent value. It shipped with Windows in "S" mode, which would only allow Microsoft apps to be installed. I had to figure out how to shut that off. The Wifi reception is also spotty, despite being mere feet away from the router.
