It is a good, budget laptop. It handles light processes well enough. It should've came with more on-board storage. Most of it was gone before I even did anything and it is not enough.

I genuinely love the speed of this laptop. It’s very sleek as well. It completely out performs my HP laptop and allows me to complete my college assignments effortlessly.

I Love my Lenovo laptop. It's so easy to work with. It's a higher quality one than I'm used too so I was really worried it would be too much for me. Thank You to the store employees for helping me pick out what I would need. Your Geek Squad couldn't fix mine but told me you had some great options. This Lenovo laptop fits my basic requirements perfectly. I plan on continuing to use the Windows 11 Mode S for its security. My primary use is email and word processing (Google Docs), where a full sized keyboard is more convenient than a cell phone. The system was easy to set up. The Windows 11 boot up is very fast compared to my older magnetic hard drive. I was also very happy that the system was not loaded with bloat wear.i have also streamed music and watched YouTube videos with no issues. I’m sure this unit is more capable than what I use it for. I’m extremely pleased with this laptop computer.

We bought two of these laptops for our household to separate personal use from our work and school Chromebooks, and they’ve been a dependable choice. The screen size works well for productivity and watching videos, and connecting to an external monitor and Bluetooth devices was quick and seamless. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the charger. It’s not USB-based, which feels a bit outdated and less convenient. Aside from that, the laptops perform well and meet our everyday needs without issue.

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas her smile was priceless my children even loves the laptop definitely might be visiting Best Buy for a 2nd one very soon

The overall laptop is great. The touchscreen is great for what I need it for. The processor speed is good. It’s sleek.

I bought this as laptop good refurbished. I did have to reinstall Windows 11 when first booted and have had no issues after that. This laptop is good if you can pick this up on sale. Unfortunately it's not upgradeable, however if you're able to pick it up on sale its a good deal. Once after you remove all the bloatware and Mcafee. This i3-N305 is a very capable CPU it handles web browsing, Google Suite, and Microsoft 365. The intergraded graphics it can handle very light gaming. Keyboard feels great when typing, very pleasurable experience, Not backlit, but the screen is bright enough for low light settings. The battery life is Average it last up to 3hrs on a full charge web browsing, While working expect up to 1.5hrs of battery life so definitely keep it plugged in. The track pad is okay I'd recommend using a mice. Boots up quick very fast SSD, not upgradable like the ram, but perfect for a Google Suite User. Again this is a very capable laptop, pick it up on sale, and enjoy one of the best budget laptops on the market.

Its a good product so far. The battery lasts very long. The only gripe I would have is the display isn’t that gteat.

I'm extremely glad I made this purchase? I got it for my mother who is 77 years old for Xmas and she uses it like a pro. The size is great and its very user friendly. It pretty much downloads all of the basic apps and you can download other apps as well. Don't let me forget the price also fits the budget pretty well. I would definitely recommend going to Best Buy to purchase a Lenovo!

Laptop is great to do my work. No complaints. I have not had any issues. Enough storage space and fast.

Seems very functional, thus far. Does not have a touch screen as my Surface did. I miss that functionality.

Low storage, needs a ssd card. Works well after taking out S mode. Speed is good. Fine for e-mail and YouTube viewing

This was a great buy, the price was great and the laptop was perfect for a first time user. I bought it for my boyfriend, who is not very computer savvy. He really likes this laptop because he is able to search around easily and learn how to find things on it. He has learned how to navigate through his computer to find apps, settings & how to sign into the internet. He gets notifications and pop ups offering him help as he is searching. We are very happy with the Lenovo IdeaPad laptop.
