    I was told this one would be perfect for me. I told him I had about 10,000 photos. It isn't! It only has 128 GB and 86 are already used on stuff to make it run! $320!!!

    I was hopeful based on reviews I read that this laptop would meet my basic needs of web browsing and email. It absolutely does not. Initially I thought it was my internet connection but after almost a year, I realize that this computer is garbage. If it isn't restarted every couple of hours, it lags terribly to open tabs or load webpages. I'm constantly sitting around waiting for it to respond. I'm super disappointed as the chromebook I had before this computer was still working after 7 years and actually functioned better than this one. I do not recommend you waste your money.

    I returned this laptop because the initial setup process was far too restrictive. It required creating or signing into a Microsoft account and enabling cloud services just to use the device. I never got past the setup screens and couldn’t access the laptop without agreeing to all of that. It wasn’t the experience I was looking for, so I decided to return it.

    minimum functionalities for home personal use. When install external SD card to its slot, Adapter holder cannot be fully inserted; potentially breaking it or it might just fall off from the PC.
