Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 15.6" Full HD Laptop

Excellent Customer Service Despite an Open-Box

I returned it the next day, and the Best Buy staff were very helpful and made the return process smooth. I ended up purchasing an HP laptop instead, and I'm very happy with it. Thank you to the team for the excellent customer service.
