Good Product - Terrible Merchant.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really don't complain. and this review is less to do with the computer itself and more to do with BEST BUY. After several trips to the Savannah, Ga location... and three separate laptop purchases and returns all within a week. I was sold this one. which is a decent enough laptop but the processor is not compatible with quickbooks the accounting software we use. What's worse is it worked for the 15 returnable days..and crashed on the 16th day. Most the issues I ran into with the several purchases made could have been completely avoided had the employees took the time to at least pretend they care...and/or listen to the customer's needs instead of treating us as a nuisance. I am an easy person to please. These people could not possibly care less about the customers they are paid to assist. The Geek Squad is just as bad if not worse. The phone operators didnt care either and the online chats were of no help as they take an hour to respond and once you leave the page to get info the chat closes... just an apology would have went a long way for me. Won't be returning to Best Buy.

Best Buy location we purchased the new PC from did not inform us that current Outlook would not transfer over to the new PC. I did not discover this until we returned home after the data transfer was supposedly finished. I was talked into the new computer because my old computer has a damaged hinge. (too much cost to fix, may not work, etc.) I am using the old computer to type and post this review. I am also continuing to use this computer to check e-mail. Best Buy in our area appear to be going significantly down hill from what my prior experiences were a few years ago. I wish I could return the new PC, drop the Best Buy Membership, and receive a full refund.

Not what I expected.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I truly wanted to buy a Snapdragon laptop. This laptop has impressive specs, was on sale, ordered one and picked it up. The laptop is regular size and not "Slim" like my other laptops. Weight is normal. Fit and finish is solid, screen looked great, nice backlit keyboard and nice key travel. It's just a nice solidly built laptop. Set-up was without problems. The problem was after the update it wouldn't boot and there was a problem with the "bootloader". I restarted it several times and the problem persisted. I couldn't even reset the laptop. After a futile attempt it had an option of recovery via Bitlocker which thankfully worked and factory reset the laptop and returned it. For people who wants to buy a Snapdragon laptop make sure you go to their web site to see which programs are compatible. Most the the programs I have was going to be "emulation" mode. Regarding battery life don't believe the hype. When it was fully charged the battery status only showed eight hours.
