Keyboard is a great design and easy to use. A very quiet laptop also. Only downside I could say about it is that it would be nice to have a couple more USB ports. A Ian hub solved that problem though.

They were looking for a laptop that they can do their online banking, email and browse facebook. This laptop does all that and more. Who knows maybe they will video chat with their grandkids out of state.

good laptop for work needs

Not designed for gaming by any means, but that is not what this was bought for. 1TB hard drive is nice and it has 8 GB of ram. plenty of power for what we need.

My old laptop is over 7 years old and is the one I use daily. I've used my lenovo about 10 times since I purchased it. For some reason it freezes when I'm listening to music on the laptop player, after 10 or 15 songs. Basically it's why I bought the laptop, for music and to use as a Dj. Going to call Best Buy and find out what they think it could be.

To maximize battery life, first adjust your battery saver settings. And I am not satisfied! When I purchased it I had asked the sale person if it would run right with the apps she was going to be running on it. He checked and said that this laptop supported it. I wouldnt purchase another of this

She uses it for work (she mainly uses word, powerpoint, excel, etc.) It was a great upgrade from her previous laptop. So far she hasnt had any problems with it!

Good for streaming video, music and emails. Not a PC for gaming. I'm using this PC mostly for streaming video to a TV through an HDMI cable. Works great.
