    Great laptop. Does not get too hot. Local screen is 2.5k but can be connected to a 4k. Super fast everything from the time you turn it on.

    Not loud enough

    The sound is pretty bad for gaming, it’s definitely not loud enough but when I say everything else I s flawless I mean it!

      Firstly, we recommend running and installing all available drivers updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings, these updates are crucial to the device’s health and may address the audio drivers leading to improved sound quality. To check for updates within Lenovo Vantage begin by launching the application, then select the “Check for updates” button on the top of the right-hand of the display. To check for Windows Updates, start by launching the Settings app, then selecting the Windows Update tab on the left-hand side of the page, finally select the “Check for updates’ button located in the top right of the page.

      We also suggest the Nahimic Audio app included with your Legion 7i. This app will allow you to tune your speakers based off the media you are consuming. We recommend Game mode which will use Spatial Audio to improve audio quality.

    The best quality device for this price point you will find, all my steam library runs over 60 fps, highly recommended if you are looking a gaming laptop.

    Worse experience ever

    I have had the absolute worst time with Best Buy in Citibank that I’ve ever had with any credit card company or store in my entire life. I have been trying to buy my laptop for my 15-year-old daughter before Christmas for the last three days I have been on the phone for four hours total in the last three days going back-and-forth between Best Buy and Citibank. I have been hung up on the phone over four times apiece on both companies and I’ve dealt with over 15 different people on each side. Citibank is telling me I have enough money on my card to make the purchase of the item. Best Buy is not letting the purchase go through and in the process of that no one is able to tell me why or why not and it is just been an absolute complete waste of my valuable time and it’s been a absolute horrible, stressful situation, especially right before Christmas trying to get this laptop for my baby girl. I am going to put this review out there which I never do to make sure that anyone out there that is dealing with Best Buy or Citibank pays off their credit card and cancels anything that they have right now with this company because it is the worst and I mean the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Both Citibank and Best Buy should be ashamed of themselves of how pathetic they have treated me as a client and as a customer.
