This laptop is a beast! Runs everything perfectly, the display is awesome. Couple things to notice, the battery runs out pretty quick and on high loads, the fans go loud (fine by me). I’m really enjoying this laptop

Great laptop. Beautiful screen, powerful, plays every game I like at high settings. Easy to install upgrades and no matter what I do this laptop won’t get warm, let alone hot like some other laptops I’ve used (ASUS g14 & 16) and a few others. After gaming for hours laptop is cool and quiet. Best gaming laptop I’ve owned and I’ve owned quite a few. Battery life not spectacular but it’s as expected.

Having used it for a few weeks I’ve definitely been impressed with the Legion, it has a really good build quality, and isn’t too heavy for the hardware in it. Runs really smooth on most games, even more demanding ones like Baldur’s gate 3 (especially loaded with mods!) The only thing I will point out is the fans can get quite loud under load sometimes, but to be frank that’s a non-issue for me as someone who normally uses headphones. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking for a portable gaming option!

I really love my Lenovo Legion Pro 5 16”. It’s fast, powerful, and runs everything super smoothly. The performance is great, and the Ryzen 9 with the RTX 5060 handles games and daily tasks with no problem at all. The 2.5K screen looks awesome, very sharp and colorful, and the laptop feels solid and well built. I’m honestly very happy with it and feel like it’s a great quality laptop. Definitely a purchase I’m happy with.

I researched online for a while before buying, and this was the most recommended gaming laptop for a reason. Great performance, set up was easy and it's been able to handle all the games I've tried so far. The fan and cooling system is pretty good, only recommendation is to get a stand with a fan if you're playing some heavy quality games.

Runs all of my games smoothly without issues. Problem 1, though doesnt bother me, is it leaves fingerprints. 2. fan noise. Got a cooling pad and it minimized the noise quite a bit. Overall, im glad i bought it.

Computer runs very smoothly and doesn't overheat easily. Rgb keyboard is a fun feature, especially the sound-reactive setting. I love that there are no ports at the back of the laptop, to prevent certain overheating issues. Biggest downside for me is that finger smudging is pretty bad, especially as someone who uses hand lotion pretty often, it leaves bad oil smudges on pretty much every surface. Otherwise pretty good gaming laptop for the price point.

Absolutely love it! Runs really smooth and is visually fantastic! Good solid build quality, nothing feels cheap. Feels pretty light weight yet sturdy with great keyboard keys. Everything is blended together very well, perfect design. From the graphics and processing power to the feel and response and everything in between, couldn't recommend this laptop enough, well worth and then some!

Fantastic display and runs smooth for a Black Friday purchase 100% worth it but at standard price just pay the extra to get the 5070ti version

I'm not quite satisfied with the laptop, the sound of the fan is very loud and at the same time, the battery life is very short after fully charged! Another thing is the laptop is very heavy and I think it's not worth the price!

  First, regarding fan noise, this Legion Pro 5 is designed to deliver unbridled performance so as the laptop's workload increases, so will the heat produced inside the laptop and while this Legion Pro 5 features other cooling technology, the fans ramp up to match the intensity to help protect the system and prevent any performance throttling due to overheating. Should you be using the laptop for everyday tasks, you can use the shortcut Fn + Q to switch thermal profiles to a quiet mode to ramp down the system and its fans for a moment of quiet.
  
  Regarding your issue with battery – as you may know there are lots of variables that contribute to battery and in gaming laptops that can increase even more due to their high-powered processors and graphics cards. If you want to squeeze out more battery life and are completing non-intensive graphics tasks, you can utilize the MUX switch built into this model to turn off the dedicated GPU to greatly decrease power draw. This can be done in the Lenovo Vantage app > top right box > GPU working mode, then choosing your preferred method. Users can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both words, along with custom settings configurable in Lenovo Vantage. You could also press the Fn + R key combo to toggle to a lower refresh rate for even greater power conservation.
  
  Also, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could address several points by helping to improve overall system performance and health. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

I love most aspects of this it is a solid gaming laptop that i use for 3D modeling and architectural rendering. The battery life doesn't last as long as I would like but that is expected with any good gaming laptop

My daughter purchased to replace our old out of see laptop that was no longer working properly and loves it, uses it primarily to game with myself and her sister and doesn’t lag in a multi system home on a basic internet connection.

It's a great machine, but it's battery life is pretty poor. I am running Ubuntu on it and messed with about every power setting I could think of and I am still always having to worry about my computer dying. It's not really ideal for a college laptop just because of that.

I traded in my mac for this computer and it has been nothing short of amazing. The screen is incredibly high resolution and it is so fast. On quiet mode you barely hear the fans, if at all. I use this PC mostly for school work and CAD. It has been great
