I will be returning this product for another brand. The specs are amazing in this laptop but I’m disappointed in the execution.

For the power it suppose to have in it , I'm not happy with its performance. I play a game online and I've had nothing but issues when I'm in the game. Crashing, things not loading, unable to move around within the game. I'm very disappointed and will probably try and exchange this for something else. The only problem is what to exchange it for that will perform how I need it. I wish I could recommend this PC I really wanted to like it, I'm really frustrated.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very poor performance, fifa 23 runs on my omen 2019 much better than this, something is wrong with this laptop, as a person in IT, I changed all the settings to make it run better but no luck, basically fifa fps is 10 - 15 on 4k, it's probably a driver issue but I'm not gonna risk my money on that and wait for my returning period to end

Of course its after the return period. Avoid this laptop its not made to last.

Motherboard defect causes game crashes

I have to return mine and either gamble with an exchange or buy a different model.

But as i will say it is fast, and the vid calls are crisp and clear and also the sound is nice.
