All the other 3 had been previously opened/windows logged on & username/password established/setup. This didn’t happen once, not twice, not three times but FOUR TIMES IN A ROW! In my opinion Best Buy at least Daytona Beach, FL is run horribly! Time to look in the mirror as I have spent over 15k there this year @ this store & they refused to assist whatsoever, no discount, no credit….NOTHING; this was a HUGE MESS not to mention 4 trips back & forth to buy a computer. NEVER AGAIN will I make a major purchase @ Best Buy. No idea how the product works as I couldn’t login & ended up with a diff brand.
