No data or power comes from the cables even if they’re held steady. I tried submitting a ticket and got not confirmation email or call back. I tried calling their support line and got my information taken after being told no support techs are available. I regret this purchase and I especially regret buying it right before I went on vacation and not taking it out of the box to make sure it actually functioned before the return window ended. Don’t have any faith in Lenovo now.

It literally just completely freezes and the only way to fix it is manual power off, so I’ve shut it down more than 10 times per gaming session for the past month. :( it was great at first and I’m sure that others don’t experience this but I wish I could get a different one and retry it. Meanwhile I stay with this $1600 clunker.

Useless without a working keyboard
