Also in order for the mic to pick up any sound, you must be facing directly in front of the screen. Otherwise it's a good laptop.

No issues except some problems with Premiere but I think that's what happens with every computer because ADOBE sucks. Don't give business to Adobe. And now that I think about it, Lenovo is from China. So that is why I won't be buying more of these laptops. But it's still good. would recommend.

The solid state drive is a 300% improvement from my old laptop. I wish I would have read closer though, I thought the camera was a cam. It appears not, so i had t purchase one.

Which I got it on sale for about $850. I have a few laptops and this is not one of the better ones but for the price it’s good. I like the 1 TB ssd.

I haven't had any issues with high performing games. VR gaming has been amazing using this laptop. The webcam is placed under the screen which is different but works very well.

Quick, but the number pad

It seems inconsistent with all of my other keyboards and it has been hard for me to adapt to.

The difference I have found is the numbers on the side are higher and in different spots and no other enter key. Other than that this computer is great.

Laptop amazing - ac adapter/webcam STINKS!!

It is too much hassle to deal with. Lenovo gives you a premier service level with ON SITE technician repair. Technician came out cracked open laptop was going to replace the motherboard, instead gave me a new ac adapter and boom power restored. only to fail 3 weeks later, and I have to open another ticket with Lenovo, they send another guy on site, replaced ac adapter again. Only to fail 3.5 months later. I am DONE with it. Never buying any laptop or device with this dumb USB type power connector thing again. Also who puts a webcam on the BOTTOM of the screen. All the people see is my giant fingers clacking away on the keyboard. Lenovo for 17 inch high performance gaming laptops you have to be better. If AC Adapter stayed plugged in and did not keep breaking and webcam was on top instead of bottom I would give 5 stars for sure. The SSD is blazing and the graphics amazing! Performance of system is great.

After having to wait for the laptop to be in stock again, and had to wait again for it to arrive. well, to my surprise, I got BIG LEMON. Right from the start, the laptop (for whatever reason) could not connect home Wi-Fi, I even tried connecting it to my router, but that did not work. The second problem was that after charging it to 100%, as soon as I unplugged it, it said it had a charge for only 2:53 hours!!!. I tried charging it a couple of more times before I gave up, then I tried taking it to the Geek Squad, but because of Covid, I had to make an appointment and wait more than 1 week for them to see me. After checking the laptop, they gave me 2 options, one was worst than the other, they said that since it was within the 14 days of purchase, I could return it....so I did.

If you got this, you essentially got the minimum required setting to be competitive in ranked games.
