All needed upgrades downloaded and installed in about 4 hours. The processor speed is great. Very happy with it so far.

This device was received with 4GB of ram NOT 8GB and the processor is 2.9ghz not 3.3ghz. Really poor response from customers service to "return" the item instead of correcting the issue, DDR3 ram is sold by BestBuy why can they not supply the correct parts or a discount of the original purchase to purchase the expected parts? Learned my lesson that refurbished item listings on bestbuy.com are not accurate along with the question and answer section, buyer beware.

I liked that I could get a refurbished computer from Best Buy because I trust them and I can take the computer to the Geeks if I have issues. This computer booted up quickly, had all the included software ready to go and updated and came with a new keyboard and mouse. It is fast, has great graphics and is a slicker experience than my old computer. Very pleased, especially for the price!

The financial savings was substantial compared to a new unit, and six weeks in I have to say I am very happy with my choice. For some strange reason, the computer came on an airplane mode which is stuck. I could not get it out of airplane mode and therefore can’t access her WiFi network.

More of an office computer if you open to many browsers it gets alittle slow but for the price you can’t really complain I suppose. One thing I wish it had was Bluetooth compatibly but sadly it does not.
