Very nice small computer! Setup was super easy! Everything works so much better than my 7 year old desktop that just died! Honestly, I am glad it did. This refurbished desktop works just like new! Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and maybe even a couple enemies. Thanks JOYSYSTEMS

I was looking for a refurbished computer at great price. It came with all the necessary hardware requirements for me. It came with an easy preloaded Windows 11 Pro setup. Its compact size makes for easy placement too. The first computer came with a memory issue though. The company quickly replaced the defective computer and sent a replacement. It was a quick and easy return. The replacement came in a few days. The replacement has been working with no issues.

I had two issues with this refurbished computer. The first was that something was rattling loose inside the PC even before I removed the plastic. I sent it back (to Joy Systems) for them to fix. And the turn-around was good. But the second issue was when I first started using the computer, dozens of alerts popped up up concerning Win64-Expiro virus variants attached to system and driver files. I tried to use the restore to factory default from the recovery partition, but that failed (a third problem). I contacted Joy Systems again, and they said (paraphrased) "sorry to hear that, here is a link to build a Windows ISO to re-install yourself. Good luck." I am a software engineer, so this was not difficult in concept. But I ended up wasting 12-hours of my time to rid the drive of the virus (I hope) before doing the re-install. The PC itself is okay. It's responsive and tidy (but I have not loaded much in the way of application software yet). I am treading carefully because I am waiting for the other shoe to drop since I lost faith in the quality checks that Joy Systems uses before shipping product. When I asked Joy Systems about their quality control, they had nothing to say. Also, for some reason, they installed Windows 11 Pro originally without enabling the TPM 2.0 that is available on this system. A simple BIOS setting was all it took, rather than forcing Windows install to ignore that requirement. And I am now able to use BitLocker that comes with Windows 11 Pro.

The desktop PC arrived on time. The setup was quick and easy. The PC run fast and smoothly. This is my first time buying refurbished desktop PC and i was relieved that it comes with 1 year warranty. The only minor negetive thing is the PC does not come with wireless dongle so you do have to plug in ethernet cable. You can easily buy one for around $10 so no big deal.

Item arrived in a timely manner and the computer runs perfectly fine. Set it up and now it's the main computer running background tasks for 3 other computers. It isn't going to do anything crazy, but for boring office tasks this is great. Additionally it is really compact!

I was impressed by the packaging of this refurbished PC from Joy Systems. It came with a new keyboard, mouse and power cord, and was sealed in plastic wrap and bubble wrap. The PC was spotless. They provide a one year warranty to replace the manufacturer's. I had no issues with setup, update, and activation of Windows 11. It was the alternative I expected to buying a new machine.

Very impressed with this desktop. Previous only purchased new HP products. This is superior to my previous desktops. Joysystems did an outstanding job. No one would know this desktop was Refurbished. USA based company on top of this; I will be a return customer. Nice touch with providing the name of the individual that refurbished the product.

Arrived looking brand new. Joy systems did a great job refurbishing this desktop. It runs really fast and easy to set up.

I have a Lenovo Ideacentre 300S (2016) desktop that needed to be upgraded. I chose this refurbished Lenovo ThinkCentre M720S that looks and runs like new. It has plenty of USB ports, two displayPorts, Ethernet, and one serial COM port. Running W11 Pro. Great job by Joysystems.

This refurb Lenovo has worked great. Much faster than I had thought. Customer service was tops. I am able to have 40+ sessions going at one time - which for me is great. Also, I like Windows 11 that came with it.

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished computer - but with the prices for new PC's these days - my budget made me do it! I'm glad I did. I got a way more powerful PC with the latest Windows 11 Pro for a fraction of the price - and I cannot tell the difference from a brand new PC I bought a month earlier. I will definitely buy a refurbished PC in the future.

Very nice computer. I bought it for my brother as a "just because" gift. It was very easy to hook up and my brother loves it!

Purchased this refurbished Lenovo from Best Buy/Joy Systems. Came early and love it.

Easy to setup, and super fast compared to my last computer. No issues at all.

I purchased 2 of these in december of 2024. My wifes would not run the setup and she was told it would be anouher $200 to have it cleaned and set up. She exchanged hers. Mine limps along. Shuts down often and trying to repair in dos it has corrupt files. No way to run a full microsoft windows defender scan as it runs into errors. Total piece of junk and $ waisted. I hope I can at least get the $90 exchange for my Acer that I ordered.
