Bought for my kids to do their school work...its painfully unusable. I have had a PC for over 30 years and this the worst machine I have worked with considering current tech.

Slow and lagging horribly

The salesperson looked up the requirements for playing it on his phone, and said this laptop should be sufficient. I’ve been on a business trip for 3+ weeks, and haven’t been able to play at all due to the horrible lagging and sketchy internet connectivity (my work laptop connects well though). Once home I intend to replace it with something better.
