Plan on resetting your machine anytime you move. Rocking or moving your machine will cause regular outages. -If you're past the 15 day trial period expect at least one month with Best Buy's "Geek Squad." -I have a Lenovo laptop (i5 9th gen, not Chromebook) that was given to me at work that is now also experiencing similar connectivity problems. I think this may be an inherent problem with the wi-fi modules Lenovo is shipping in their new machines. I would recommend avoiding Lenovo products for the foreseeable future.

Tried “easy fix” suggested online which repeatedly failed. Got a warranty service number from Lenovo which I hope Geek Squad will honor. Have appointment to drop it off this afternoon. I always found myself having to use the mouse pad instead. I could deal with that. The ultimate nail in the coffin was the the fact that it won't connect to the internet anymore. It continually said "no network available" when there clearly was. I could power off the back on and it would find the network for about 15-20 minutes, then lose the connection. Now it won't find a connection at all. Before it lost connection entirely I did a virus scan and none were detected, so that's not the problem. Frustrating that you buy a device and it doesn't even last a year.

The only way to get the space bar to work is to press it really hard right in the middle which renders any kind of typing impossible. I removed the key and looking underneath it is clearly a bad design and not a specific issue with the unit I received. Not sure how it got all the good reviews, I will be returning mine to Best Buy immediately.
