Buyer beware

It worked for two weeks and stopped working. We took it back to Best Buy and exchanged it. They shipped us the exact same model laptop. The laptop they shipped us wasn’t new. It had fingerprint smudges and what appeared to be food crumbs on the keyboard. We returned it to Best Buy and they shipped us a third chrome book. It literally worked for eight minutes before the screen locked up and it wouldn’t even power off. We returned the third chrome back to Best Buy and purchased a different brand. Hopefully this one works.

It cannot play VP9 4K which means does not support Youtube 4K playback. However, other than that, it is Okay with FHD non-glare display, A6 processor considering the price.
