Laptop is great, good feel, however it is missing a driver that won’t allow Microsoft 365 to load, and won’t update or replace it. I need to find someone to fix

This laptop has a rtx 3050 dedicated graphics card and I wanted to use it to play video games. It has a dGPU in it afterall. But here's the thing, they didn't put a mux switch in the lenovo vantage software for this laptop model. It's so very dumb. The lenovo legion laptops that they market for playing video games have had the same graphics card in them in the past. And in the lenovo vanatage software, they put a mux switch option for those laptops. And yet for this laptop model, they don't put in the mux switch option. All they would have to do is pretty much copy paste the code to allow this laptop to have a mux switch option in the lenovo vantage software for this laptop to have a mux switch. But they didn't do that. And even if it was more than just copy-pasting the code, why do they refuse to put in some work to put in a mux switch into this laptop. Very stingy of them. I called them about this mux switch. They told me that because this laptop is marketed a non-gaming laptop, that they didn't put in a mux switch options because of that. That is so dumb. It has a dGPU in it. There's no reason why this laptop can't be used to play video games. Oh, I guess you can play without a mux switch, but then you will have lower frame rates, and you won't have nvidia graphics card features that come with an nvidia graphics card, like nvidia reflex, which lowers latency. On top of that, not having a mux switch causes extra latency than if you had gotten a laptop that didn't even have a dGPU in the first place because the dGPU has to send things to the integrated graphics before it can be put on screen. So that's even extra latency. So if someone wants to play some competative online video game, this laptop sucks for that. A laptop that didn't even have a dGPU would have less latency than it! So not by not having nvidia reflex (because you can't have it on this laptop screen without a mux switch), you miss out on having lower latency, and thus you're playing with more latency than someone using the same spec laptop with a mux switch, but also on top of that not having a mux switch causes extra latency such that you end up having more latency than someone playing on a lesser spec laptop that doesn't even have a dGPU. And on top of all of that, this laptop has a intel processor, which doesn't really have a true free-sync option. Which would not be a problem if that laptop could use the dGPU for nvidia g-sync, but because this laptop doesn't have a mux switch, g-sync is not able to even be used with this laptop! So you get screen tearing by not being able to use the g-sync of the nvidia graphics card all because lenovo refuses to put a mux switch in the software for this laptop. And again, there are plenty of other lenovo laptops where they have put in a mux switch in the lenovo vantage software, But they think that because they didn't market this laptop for video game playing, that that somehow means they shouldn't bother to put in a mux switch in the SOFTWARE of this laptop. They won't even have one software engineer simply put in a mux switch for this laptop. When it would make such a big difference for playing video games. And the laptop comes with nvidia studio drivers but that can easily be uninstalled and have nvidia game ready drivers installed. There's really is no excuse for them not putting in a mux switch into the software for this laptop. DESPITE WHATEVER THEY MIGHT SAY. This laptop sucks for playing video games. There's more latency with this laptop than many laptops that don't even have a dGPU. And this laptop has screen tearing because you can't even use g-sync. All because they don't want to put a mux switch in it. On top of all that, their lenovo vanatage software has at least one significant bug too. It doesn't save the backlight settings of the laptop. By default, it's set to auto, which turns on the keyboard backlight in low ambient light conditions. But I want it off. I went to the lenovo vanatage software and turned it off in there. But when I restart my laptop, it didn't save the change. I did it more than once and it still didn't save the change. So when the laptop turns on it goes to auto even though I wanted it to be off for the backlight keyboard. Also, did they solder in the ram like so many of the laptops lenovo sells? I think they did. So how am I supposed to upgrade the ram without buying a new laptop? Why did lenovo SOLDER the ram into the motherboard? Do they not want people to upgrade their ram themselves for a much lesser cost? I don't think this company is awful. If a lenovo respresentative reads this, I'm not interested in calling or contacting you. If you try to fix the mux switch and the keyboard backlight issues, I want you to do that. But I don't want to talk to you. And by the way, this is a second lenovo laptop I have had that had the keyboard backlight issue. And the second lenovo laptop i have had that had lenovo solder the ram onto the motherboard. People should be able to upgrade their ram without having to buy a new laptop or having to pay lenovo a lot more than what the ram is worth to get a laptop with more ram in it.
