Customers appreciate the Slim 7 Pro X's performance, long battery life, and vibrant display. Many also highlight its lightweight design and build quality as positive aspects. While some users noted occasional fan noise and heat generation during intensive use, the overall consensus points to a powerful and portable laptop. The lack of an HDMI port was also mentioned as a drawback by a few customers.

My daughter was working on several Adobe programs for school that her current laptop couldnt handle. This computer breezes through them. It has all the right chips necessary for complex graphics. Nvidia and AMD. Screen resolution is excellent. He old computer was quite large and this one smaller and easier for her to handle when not at a desk and she loves the feel of the keys when she types. Very happy with this purchase.

Solid performance and a nice size. I don’t use this for gaming, but I needed a laptop with enough processing and graphics power to run my business as well as teach classes. I have zero issues running multiple apps and browsers simultaneously. This laptop flys through video editing and rendering tasks with no issues at all. I can push it as hard as my needs require and it keeps going without significant heat buildup and zero fan noise. The vents on the back and bottom work well. If you put it on your lap it would be warm, but I dock it at my desk at home, the office, or on campus. The screen resolution is crisp and sharp. Again, I mostly use it docked and it connects great to three different monitor setups including multiple monitors. I have to record and edit a lot of videos for my lectures and this laptop makes every step from recording to editing fast and effortless. I would delete some of the bloatware or clean install windows, but even the bloatware wasn’t too excessive on this machine. Unless you are a serious gamer, this laptop has more than enough power for video and photo editing or content creation. Zero battery issues even with 4K video editing. Gaming may be a different story so I can’t comment on that aspect. I got it on sale and for the price, you really can’t beat this laptop.

Absolutely love this computer for desktop-level day to day power as well as steam gaming . It’s an amazing blend of a glossy high-res display, extremely thin and light form factor and power that belies its form factor. An added bonus is the touch screen which isn’t offered in most gaming computers at this price point as well as utilizing a 100w power supply versus larger bricks from other similar setups.
Battery life is perfectly sufficient and lasts 10+ hours for day to day tasks but will die in an hour when stressing the GPU with a high end game (again, perfectly sufficient with an RTX 3050 in a slim form factor).
Would recommend and buy again, in fact I have two friends who already have.

I have been using this laptop for almost a month now and can safely say that it is worth every penny spent. This is my first ever laptop to my name and I have used other laptops. The slim 7 pro x clearly stands out with its amazing display, fast charging, and size. The only downside to this laptop is the battery drainage, it lasts roughly 6 hours with moderate brightness and use. Heavy use may drain the battery quicker. Still a solid laptop and I'm happy with my purchase.

If you are willing to spend $1000 on a MacBook Air spend it on this laptop instead or the newer version of it. Lenovo always has a $1000 laptop that blows the MacBook Air out of the park in almost every category. great power , great screen quality , and great battery life. All it’s missing is an HDMI port but that seems to be a pro feature nowadays. Can even handle light gaming but nothing crazy. Tend to stick with smaller non graphic intensive games. barely handled Fortnite at a low graphic setting.

This Laptop so far has been working amazingly for all my needs! This laptop is capable of multitasking, gaming, music production, and many other modern needs for a computer. The size of the laptop is insane for the power it has, and it's durable! Huge upgrade from my 10ish year old desktop and the sale I bought this laptop on made it an incredible value.

Overall good quality. Did Passmark check, CPU is 23k, while 3050 GPU gives >9k, in line with the expectation. Slim and light, which is the one of the reason we bought it. Tested some light games such as Genshin Impact, pretty smooth just the upper keyboard part seems a bit hot (not affecting typing).

I’ve had this laptop for less than a week but some noticeable things are battery life is around 5-6 hours on normal day to day office use and 2 hours in high performance. Otherwise the laptop is not loud, sleek design, and lightweight (despite the graphics card). It’s a decent laptop so far!

Previous Lenovo ower. Upgraded to 2023 model and i am very happy with the performance. Extremely fast and one of the best laptops ever. Touch screen and key board plus glass plate make it really nice. I do have expietience with Apple and Dell And HP laptops and the Lenovo RX7 i think is better. Buy the higher ram and 1T memory storage instead of the retina display.

Solid Laptop

TLDR: Solid laptop with durable exterior and nice internals. Good battery life.
Some additional thoughts:
- Build quality is great. It feels and kind of looks like a macbook - thin, solid metal (or hard plastic) exterior. Touchscreen is really nice and the display is very pleasant.
- Internals are overkill for regular schoolwork, which is awesome. 1 TB storage is amazing, CPU is great, and 16 GB ram means that I can have Chrome, Excel, and Word open with no lag or fans. This laptop can handle light to moderate gaming, but don't be fooled by the RTX title and think that this is a gaming laptop. An RTX 3050 (laptop edition) is about equivalent to a GTX 970. It can hold its own pretty well for most games though; I can get a solid 60+ fps on smaller games like Rocket League, Hollow Knight, and Minecraft, basically never getting above 55-60 degrees, and it can eek out 30 fps on the RE2 remake (with slightly lower settings than ultra). However, new AAA titles might not run very well, especially ones like Jedi Survivor that don't have lower graphics options.
- Keyboard takes a little getting used to. The key action is nice, but it feels a little off-centered somehow... I honestly haven't been able to figure it out. However, I have gotten used to it after about 3 weeks, and now I kinda like it.
- The 14.5" screen feels much bigger than other 14" laptops. Part of the reason for this is there aren't large borders around the edges of the screen, with the glass screen going *almost* edge to edge (there is a little plastic protective rim that is very difficult to see) - it feels like no space is wasted. One minor note on that is its a bit of a strange resolution, so you might have to adjust the resolution of certain apps manually.
- It's pretty light considering its durability.
- Speakers are nice but not very loud and don't have a lot of great bass. Not a problem for me, as I usually use headphones. Haven't noticed any problems with bluetooth audio.
- Battery life is pretty good. I'm not exactly sure what an "excellent" battery life would be, but this laptop typically gives you about 1 hr per 10%. 100% charge should last about 10 hrs. This is plenty for me and the laptop charges fully in a little over an hour-hour and a half. Note: When the graphics card turns on, your battery life goes down to about 2 hrs max. You should plug it in before doing any gaming or rendering.
Overall, I'm very pleased, especially for the deal I got ($800 is pretty hard to beat for the specs). If you are a hardcore gamer, you might want to consider a gaming laptop or PC, but if you just do some light gaming on the side (like I do) then this laptop has plenty of power so you don't have to worry that you're frying the motherboard every time you boot up a game. For schoolwork, I don't see having any issues with this.

This laptop is a all around masterpiece. The screen is nice, power is more than enough, and its portable. If you are looking for a MacBook competitor than this is it. The only flaw is decent battery life. But the power makes up for that.
Build quality could be a touch better but the price makes up for that. If I could give 4.5 stars I would.

Excellent Screen (it is 3k, not 2.5K) and 120refresh rate is amazing. Good enough battery life when used with 120 refresh rate. Not super lihght, but not heavy. Super thin for the power. Fan makes noise but I dont care if I am gaming or rendering. Love it so far. great price (paid 799.00) for what you get.
