Solid utility + poor mic sensitivity

It also gets very dark which is great at night. Annoyingly the mic sensitivity to activate the assistant is really low

Not what we were hoping for

We can't get the pictures to play on the unit. I read that a reformat needs to be performed which is unexceptionable. The sound is decent and the various alarm clocks are good. There should of been a battery backup in it as a alarm clock is something that wakes you up and it can't do that if the power goes out. Which happened to us about a week after the device was setup. I rate it 2 Stars.

Should have updated the display in some way. This is the same exact display as the 2019 model. Charging pad is a welcome addition.

The charging pad works great and having the google assistant built in is super handy. Alarms are super easy to set and turn off. I especially like being able to set them multiple days ahead for those Monday morning meetings you forget about over the weekend when no alarms are set.

Very simple set up process, when I set an alarm there are no issues with it not going off at the correct time. I absolutely love the goodnight feature!
