If you have the same issue, just set it up connected to your wifi and let it sit for a day or two. It should update the base's firmware and start charging newer phones!

One is that if i wake up in the moddke of the night, i cant see the clock at all unless i tap the screen. And i dont wanna do that. So i had to turn off auo light.

Also wireless charging dock should have the option to change colors or get it separately so when it stops working all together there is an option to just get the wireless charging dock.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Smart Clock 2 with Wireless Charging Dock. The wireless charging dock is compatible with both the Qi and the MagSafe wireless charging formats. Be sure the device you are trying to charge is compatible. If the charging dock fails to work with a compatible device, with the wireless charger attached to the Smart Clock 2, try resetting the Smart Clock 2 back to original factory settings. To reset the Smart Clock 2 and wireless charger, hold down both the minus and plus buttons on the top of the Smart Clock 2 for 12-seconds, then follow the on screen instructions. If the wireless charger still does not function properly after this reset, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for Smart Devices for additional help at: 866-426-0911.

USB port was way too underpowered to be useful. Buy the model without the charging dock addon

I really like the small form factor on this device. It does not take up alot of space. The power adapter is long, so plenty of room to reach an outlet in your area. The speakers are small , but very loud. Google assistant loud and clear when speaking to it. I had to lower volume on it because its too loud. The only negative about this device is lack of app support and customization. Mostly I listen to SiriusXM and podcasts, which it does not have support for. It only supports youtube music, spotify, google photos and philips hue. Overall its a pretty nice device. If it supported more apps i think it would be plus. I like it and will continue to use it

If you have a SiriusXM Account, you can pair that account through the Google Home APP you used for the initial setup of your Smart Clock 2. Just open the Google Home APP linked tom this Smart Clock 2. At the top left of the Google Home APP screen tap the plus icon. Tap Radio from the Add and Manage settings. You will see Sirius XM there.
