The display lags when you use the touch screen. The wireless charging is extremely sensitive. You must put your phone in just the right spot to charge. I got this alarm to wake up to the radio instead of a general tone, but that is not possible with this clock, even though it states that it does.

It really helps clear the clutter off of my nightstand, and I love the way that it magnetically grabs my phone. It gives me peace of mind knowing my phone is right beside me in case a loved one has to call in the middle of the night. And I also love the way I can wake up and just talk to my clock and it will respond with the answers I need lol

You can tell when the device on the charging dock is positioned properly and charging, when the night light on the Smart Clock 2 flashes and the charging indicator on the device you are charging both indicate the device is charging.
