Don’t waste your money

Initially it worked great but I’ve only had it since February and it’s stopped working. The noise doesn’t go past volume 3 and factory resetting it does nothing. It’s basically an over expensive digital clock at this point. Incredibly disappointing and will not buy another one.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Lenovo Smart Clock 2 with Wireless Charging Dock. The wireless charging dock supports both Qi as well as MagSafe Wireless Charging formats. If your phone is compatible with either of these charging formats, but does not charge when placed on the Smart Clock 2 wireless charger, try resetting your Smart Clock 2 back to original factory settings. You can do this by holding down both the minus and plus buttons on the top of the Smart Clock 2 for 12-seconds, then follow the on screen instructions. If the issue continues after this reset, we recommend you contact lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 866-426-0911.
