Once you download the app and set it up, this clock is very simple to use. When setting the alarm you literally just have to tell it what time to set the alarm and it sets it for you. Radio is pretty good. You can pick your own music if you have spotify or Prime. I like how small it is. It doesn't take up a lot of room on your nightstand.

Ever since I cut the cable, I have no clock in my living room... I was looking for an inconspicuous clock with large numbers to replace cable box time and... this one fits the ticket perfectly. It is inexpensive, clean looking, has Google Assistant and dispalys current weather with large numbers time. Excellent choice for looking like regular desk clock with GA built in.

It's great having this clock. It always shows the current outside temperature under the time. Easy to read. Google assistant is quick on response when a question is asked. Speaker could be a little better for listening to music. Not enough bass sound for me. I would recommend this Smart clock.

Love the clock. Easy to talk to and set up in the bedroom

I bought it mostly to listen to music. It has good sound only lacks bass if it had a little more l would have given it 5 stars. All other features I can't comment. It's easy to set up it does turn on my tv when l tell it to that's the only thing I use it for.

I appreciate having a clock with a voice activated night light next to the bed, but I'm finding it a bit bright. I also have the Lenovo Smart Clock (non Essential model) and find it a bit dimmer at night. The quick glance temp is helpful for preparing for the day and I occasionally use it to start the day with news radio, etc.

This one works great… easy to use and set up. You should get one or two.

I needed a clock and wanted a Google device in my room to control my lights without having my phone handy, this was reasonably priced and does the trick. It's nothing over the top, it's a clock with a decent speaker that works perfectly with Google home devices. Display is a nice size. Set up was easy and I'm happy with my purchase!

Its a nice nightstand clock that has a USB port in back so you can charge your cellphone during the night. It has the built in google assistant so you can ask it the forecast,set a timer, etc. Plus it has the outside temperature displayed via connecting to your cell that is needed for set up.

I can't believe how much I love using this, I had no idea how versatile it is. I've had this for several months now and I love seeing the temperature, love verbally turning other devices on and off, night light is a great feature and I'm buying the new model for Christmas gifts. PS I am not tech savvy!

I bought this to replace one of the original clocks. I really like this one more! I use them mostly as clocks and the visibility on this one is way better than on the original, in my opinion. Also like that I can actually see the temperature now. Other than no being touch-screen it does everything the original did, and it's cheaper.

Great little clock, I like the size it fits really well on my night stand. Large numbers make it easy to read and the brightness changes automatically depending on light in the room. Connected to the network super easy, other non google branded smart devices have given me issues in the past. Great smart clock for the price.

I just needed a simple digital clock with a big display at a reasonable price. At around $25, I think this is great! As an IT engineer, I do not like to have additional IT device that will eavesdrop on me at home, but why not? I already have a smartphone that is around me always. It has a physical switch to turn off microphone on its back, but I am not sure if it will actually stop collecting data. At least, that physical switch can give me some peace of mind if necessary. I am not sure how many times I am going to use 'OK google' voice commands, but it works quite well even at a really low voice (with the sensitivity set to its maximum) around 13 feet away from the device. On the first day, it kept saying it cannot be connected to the Internet, but after I re-connected it to WI-FI, no such an issue any more. Also, it controls LED lamps that I bought together quite well. Sound quality is just so and so as we can expect from a single speaker of this size, so I will not use this to listen to music at all, but at least I can hear voice quite clearly from this device. Simply put, this is great if you can buy at around $25.

Great little smart clock. I had been looking for a product like this for the bedroom. Takes up little room on a nightstand, easy to read, and has Google built in. I liked it so much I purchased another one for my office. Best of all it was on sale for only $29 and change.
