It is a nice clock but a little difficult to set up. Time works great so to the temperature Display but never could get the other features to work…but I like the clock.

This little thing is amazing! Love all the things it can do! At night I like to tell it to play relaxing music for a specified time and it does! Can also make phone calls! Love it!

Wow what a deal on this clock. And how great it worked. Just the right size and easy to use.you can't get any better than this clock. I just love it and works.great for me. I am going to get two more.for my son's I am sure they will like them as much as I do

I've had it for almost 2 years and it still works fine. It was on a big sale and a very good bargain. Big numbers, Google Assistant, good wifi reception. It never tries to talk back to my TV like the Google Nest Mini I also have.

I really like the Lenovo Smart Clock Essential and recently bought a second (one for my room, one for my kid's). It's pretty much a Google Nest Mini (Google Home Mini) with a old-school LED clock face and a couple extra features (USB charging port, nightlight, weather/temperature display, physical buttons). It's ideal to have on your nightstand or the like. Just be aware that the sound quality is barely better than the Google Nest Mini's, so music playback remains poor. It also seems less slightly sensitive to voice commands than the Home Mini. Note that the nightlight will automatically come on shortly before any scheduled alarm (presumably to help you get ready to wake up). I'm not aware of any way to change this, but once the nightlight comes on, you can press the volume down button for a few moments to turn it off (or use the voice command "nightlight off").

Bought this clock a couple of months ago and am happy with it. I mostly use it for the clock but enjoy the additional smart functions. The night light provides enough lighting and can be dimmed or shut off with voice commands. Having the weather visible at a glance is convenient and if I want more detail, I can ask the voice assistant. The clock size is just right. I was not sure if it would fit but the 3.5-inch depth was the same as the clock it replaced. Setup is not difficult if you have Google Assistant. I was surprised at the limited number of music services, but the music quality is good for a speaker of this size.

Love this item. I only went shopping for a clock small enough to fit under my TV because the new cable box did not show the time. To my surprise this smart clock is attractive and is a smart clock besides telling time. It is a great addition.

Easy to set up and a great smart clock. This is my second Lenovo Smart Clock. I liked it so much, I bought one for my office. I love the Google Home feature and the ability to play my music while working.

The Lenovo Smart Clock Essential is a great speaker for the bathroom. It sounds better than the Google mini. Also, the night light is a nice touch. My only suggestion is that if the night light automatically turned on based on the ambient light.

I basically got this for the clock function since I haven't had a real clock in years. It's nice and modern looking, easy enough to set up. I don't really use the smart features but it's nice that I can play music from it if I want. I do have two issues with this though. The first is that you can't change the tune for the alarm. Not a huge problem but given that it's a smart clock it's kind of odd that you can't change it. The second is that setting an alarm is really, really annoying. I should be able to program it from my phone and push a button to delete it instead of having to hold down a button to activate it and then waiting for each part to register what I input. It feels like a dated method for a modern device. Other than that, a great buy, especially for half off!

I purchased this for our spare bedroom. It's a great compact size clock with basic Google Assist. So, guests can get time, weather, set an alarm and stream Sirius XM. A great deal for a great price!

Nice simple product, but kinda clunky in its operation. For example, you need to ask Google to help with everything - checking the alarm volume, setting the alarm, etc. And you need to ask everything in a certain script - like “set a radio alarm for 7:00AM”. Then you have to let Google ask you back “what radio station should I play?” Then I had to say “NPR” - it didn’t understand my local Wxxx radio station name. If you say “Set an alarm to play WUWM at 7:00 AM” it’s just going to get confused. And if you need to set your alarm after your parter is already asleep, you’ll need to use some default alarm clock sound, because there is no way to program the alarm to play radio without talking to Google and waking up your partner. It is amazing though that this could be purchased for $25 on promo.

I bought this as a Christmas gift to myself. I like being able to ask the radio and having Google respond with music when I request and the weather if I ask.I can control this radio through the Google app on my phone or my voice.

I don't know why I waited so long to upgrade from the 70's LOL. This thing is awesome. Don't have to worry about setting the time. My previous alarm clock only had a "+" button (no "-" button) so if I passed the time to set the time or the alarm, I had to go around again and maybe again...hated that! This I can just tell Google when to wake me. And it obeys a recurring schedule. Just so friggin' easy to use; I feel like I entered the 21st century. Plus for $30? Are you kidding me? Go get one. For every person in your house...

Good little alarm clock, but don’t really use the smart features. Also had quite a bit of trouble syncing to Google Home app, or rather re-syncing when it got disconnected somehow.

Works great! Bought it for our 11yo daughter and it’s a great addition to her room. We hooked our lights up through it and she can set her alarm and listen to music. Asks for the weather in the morning and it doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Great as a clock but google does have a hard time hearing sometimes…but it was bought so that the time is always right. Google might want a hearing aid.

Great little Google Device and perfect clock. I bought this only for the living room. Pairs perfectly with the Chromecast. We use Alexa for all of the home automation and this guy is only used to control the TV or Chromecast. Also wanted a Clock in the living room, I had a few Google screens but sometimes they show news or home feed. I wanted exactly a clock and temperature only to be shown. This thing is perfect Dislikes: The voice response can be quiet but if used on your night stand it shouldn't be a issue. Haven't tried music. The unit is a bit small Likes, Always works and shows the clock / weather. The assistant can pick up my voice easily across the room. The display does dim with the brightness of the room.

I like this small form factor smart clock! I needed small clock for my working table (to replace lamp with clock) and I decided to try this one. I already have two Google Home devices so adding another one is not a problem. What I like the most is dimension! Clock very compact, non touch but okay. Very bright!

Excellent smart clock with google assistant that you can rely on everytime. It has a built in light that you can dim and use it as a night light. The sound quality of the speaker is great and the volume is loud enough to fill your bedroom.
