I live how this acts as an assistant tells the weather and gives alerts on a very handsome package. Perfect for my home office. Thinking about using in the bedroom on a night stand as well maybe.

Bought on a whim. Glad I did. Easy connection with Google assistant. Bonus feature, a nightlight that is voice activated. Plus a weather widget on screen. Well designed by Lenovo.

This smart clock is very easy to set up with an app. Compact size fits a bedside table. I like the accuracy of the time and weather displays. This clock can answer any questions you can ask.

Upgraded from the Google Home Mini and I can't look back. The mics are more responsive and the speaker quality is fantastic for casual listening. The night light on the back is a nice plus

Stylish and goes with basically most decor. Simple design makes it useful without being overly complicated. I like the nightlight function and would buy again as a gift for friends and family.

This is a great little clock that fits perfect in the corner of my room. User friendly, has a night light. Screen is clear, numbers are big enough for me. You can make easy adjustments.

I was surprised how much I actually enjoy this clock. The voice command options are really convenient although I don’t really use it much fir music playback.

Smaller than I expected, but easy to set up and use. The Google Assistant feature is extremely helpful, especially when trying to deal with a very active 10-month old.

I bought this to replace my old fashioned AM/FM alarm clock. I was skeptical but it works great. I can wake up to my favorite radio station via the Internet stream, that means no static interference. After about a month in it is very reliable. There is a snooze button so I can get 10 minute increments of extra time. The alarm clock also has a light that gradually wakes you prior to the actual alarm sounding. I have had mixed results with the Google Home function, but I have had similar luck with Siri and Alexa.

The Lenvvo smart clock is compact. The numbers are large enabling easy visibility. It was very inexpensive.

Bought this clock on sale for $30. Has a good value, displays temperature, date and time. This clock is similar to an amazon Alexa.

Love this little smart clock. Good brightness, sound, and like the nightlight feature. A few diodes on the display did go bad quickly though.

I got this as an addition to the home office and its great. The display is large and bright. The speaker is of great quality and makes listening to music enjoyable.

Got this just to use as a bedside clock because I wanted a clock I could view while being in bed instead of getting out my phone to see the clock. Expected way less of this clock because I didn’t read that it’s a smart clock accidentally. I thought it was just a high quality nice clock. I’ve been playing music from it and it sounds great. Don’t expect amazing sound quality from it though. I have a bunch of speakers because I love different tech so much, so I’d rate the speaker as very good for small rooms. Anything bigger than a small room then get a better one.

To be totally transparent, I am only reviewing the clock features as I do not use the Google Assistant. Also, I bought this on sale for $24.99. Read below for my review. Recently I needed to replace a 25+ year old Alarm clock that I used to display the time in my office, as it has finally died. I was looking all over for an atomic clock that would give me accurate time and maybe some modern additional info such as weather and what day it is, etc. The clocks I came across weren't too good. In most cases the time would start as accurate but somehow move faster or slower. Displays weren't too good as they would display poorly based on your position, and in most cases they have to be set manually (including DST). To add insult to injury, the Atomic powered clocks seemingly can't be near other electronics, as it interferes with the atomic signal. This is problematic when you're placing it in an office full of other electronics! While I was on Bestbuy.com I decided to see what alarm clocks they have. One of the first items to pop up was the Lenovo Smart Clock Essential. The basic design displayed EXACTLY what I was looking for: Time, whether AM or PM, Temp, along with small icon to describe the weather, and what day it is. The nice surprise is that unlink in the marketing image where the clock shows 07:10 AM, the time on the actual clock reads more traditionally as 7:10 AM. Since this clock is only used for displaying time and other information I needed to be able to mute the built in mic. Thankfully Lenovo uses a physical switch in the back that when activated displays a small muted Mic icon on the screen. The Amazon Echo line uses a button that then turns the LED ring on the echo red to indicate the mic is Muted. Let's just say I like Lenovo/ Google's method better in this case as it is far less distracting. As I said above I cannot comment on the Google Assistant features but as a "smart" clock display that sets the time itself and gets it's display data from google, it is an excellent choice! I purchased this when it was on sale for $24.99, but I imagine it is worth every penny of it's $49.99 retail price tag once you factor in the Google Assistant features. I did need to download the Google home app and connect this to my google account. Set up was relatively straight forward as I followed the in-app prompts. Once fully set up the clock manages itself for the most part. If you're looking for a smart clock that maintains itself this is a really great buy, especially when you can get it on sale! I Imagine if I used the Google Assistant Features I'd likely give this 5 stars. But for now, just a "smart" clock display for me!

Perfect little smart clock. The display is easy to read and has a ton of info at a glance. Small size doesn't take up too much space on your nightstand or in the kitchen.
