The mics are more responsive and the speaker quality is fantastic for casual listening. The night light on the back is a nice plus

I was skeptical but it works great. I can wake up to my favorite radio station via the Internet stream, that means no static interference. After about a month in it is very reliable. There is a snooze button so I can get 10 minute increments of extra time. The alarm clock also has a light that gradually wakes you prior to the actual alarm sounding. I have had mixed results with the Google Home function, but I have had similar luck with Siri and Alexa.
