LIFE AND TIME SAVER

I went to purchase a regular clock, because the new Verizon FIOS TV boxes don't come with a clock it hard to tell the time while watching TV. The Lenovo was a perfect value for the money. I have 5 boxes. Now I am able to see the time, temperature and have a Google mini to accompany each TV box. Very easy to setup.

Great success! Does everything the speakers did, but has a super helpful screen on it. They love them! I set them up for them, but once that's done, they are super simple for them to use.

The bold light is very easy to read when you need to know what time it is in the middle of the night. The price was also discounted which was a plus to buying this clock. It was a good buy.

I really like that it keeps time, weather, and temperature without my involvement. Once it is set up, you can forget it. I have the mic turned off. I don’t use the other “smart” functions because I don’t care for the spying that comes along with the those functions

Good Product, Beware Software

Some RGB functionality (to change the colors) would be a nice touch but considering it's so cheap I can't complain. It was very easy to set up to my wifi and google home suite, although using it as an alarm hasn't actually worked.

Fun meets usefulness

One minor gripe is that it resets its volume every night to level 1, which is inaudible. The next morning, I have to reset it to a high enough level to actually hear it. But if you read the product description, it may be helpful to know that everything it says it does, it does well.

It is possible you have nigh mode/ Do no disturb mode turned on which can lower the volume atomically at night. To check this please open the Google Home App on your smart phone or tablet, and open the Smart Clock Essential's settings. If this is not the cause of your issue we recommend to please power cycle the device by unplugging it for 1-2 minutes. Plugging it back in and allowing it to power on. If the issue remains please perform a factory reset by holding down the “Volume + and – ” buttons on top of your device for 8 Seconds. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support team at 866-426-0911
