Great Concept, Average Speaker

This idea fixes that problem, but at the price point, the speaker quality was sacrificed. There was also an issue where the night light (which is useless) would be considered a light sometimes, depending on turning on/off all lights or just the bedroom lights. I think this has since been fixed.

The nightlight can be turned off and on independently of other smart lights in your home with the command "Okay Google Nightlight on/off" You can group your Smart Clock Essential with any cast enabled smart speaker/s you may have for full room or whole home audio. If you have a Smart Speaker you prefer you may use this as the default speaker for your Smart Clock Essential. For example when saying something like "Okay Google play my favorite station from Pandora". If you need further assistance please don't hesitate to reach out to Lenovo Tech Support at 866-426-0911

Within the Smart Clock settings in the Google Home APP, select Notifications and Digital Wellbeing. Then select Night Mode. Here you will be able to manually adjust the night time screen brightness. We are pleased to hear that the Smart Clock Essential is working out so well for you.
