Other than that, it's a great clock that's easy to read. It senses motion and automatically brightens when I sit up to view it. I ended up purchasing a second one for my guest bedroom.

It was $80.00 when it came out last year. The mic is super sensitive, the clock is perfect, and like your smartphone, can be net for unlimited alarms. The USB port on the back is brilliant. This is the bedside clock reimagined. It works seamlessly with Google Assistant.

That is a basic function that can't fail. I'll be doing a hard reset to fix it but now I'll never trust it anymore. Sound is decent and makes a good display.

Posted .Hello Steve, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. I have some suggestions for troubleshooting. First can you please ensure you have correctly set the volume of your alarm by swiping down from the top of the Lenovo Smart Clock's home screen. Then in the upper left select the "Alarms" icon. Next please select the circle with the "Gear" icon. This will allow you to change alarm settings including the volume. If the issue remains please perform a factory reset by holding down the “Volume + and – ” buttons on top of your device for 8 Seconds. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support team at 866-426-0911
