I have had it for a month and am very pleased with it. It does more than I expected. Has many features. It auto dims at night and doesn't light up the room which is what I was looking for. Voice activation works well.

The fact you can pair it as a Google Home Speaker really adds to the value and the Morning Routines rule as well. Only downside to it is the lack of on screen controls for Spotify, etc. But as a Smart Alarm Clock - absolute bliss

Great personal assistant that remembers all my to-do activities, provides weather info, bid good night and good morning. Provide news updates etc. Moreover, I can control my smart devices like light without touching the switch. Can you useful as security camera if you have video-calling bell.

Jury's still out on its functionality as an alarm clock, as I am a heavy sleeper and I can't see if the alarm hasn't gone off or if I slept through it like I can on my phone.

It's perfect for them - they can easily speak to set alarms, play music, ask how to spell a word, etc. They also like playing with the clock face options too (easily done by swiping on screen). I got it on sale for $40 which was not too much more than a normal alarm clock.
