At this time the Smart Clock does not have the ability to integrate with Family Link. You do have the option to set Digital Wellbeing settings and filters To do this open your Google Home App on your smartphone or tablet, select the Smart Clock, and then select Digital Well Being.

You can adjust the volume of the clock with the volume buttons on top of the device or by giving the voice command "Okay Google Volume (1-10 or 1-100%)". You may also independently adjust the timer and alarm volume of the device by opening the Google Home App on your smart phone or tablet, and then selecting the device, and lastly selecting the "Alarm and Timer Volume" menu slider. In regards to the alarm not functioning correctly please perform a factory reset by holding down the “Volume + and – ” buttons on top of your device for 8 Seconds. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support team at 866-426-0911
