Lenovo clock with smart response

Have it connected to lights in bedroom and HVAC so far. Sometimes will drop connection to HVAC (Honeywell), just won't control at random times, don't know why. Hate the annoying parrot back response...Hey Google turn off light....Ok turning off light....Yeah, just do it, don't want to hear you parrot the order.

Posted .Hi, thanks for choosing the Lenovo Smart Clock with Google Assistant. Regarding the response this is a feature of Google that we have no control over. You can, however, turn down the volume if the assistant so that you don't have to hear the response. You can do this with your voice, on the device itself, or from your phone with the Google Home App. Furthermore you can even set routines or night mode, to automatically adjust the volume of your device and assistant at a specific time, For example at 10pm volume defaults to 1 out of 10 . Regarding smart device control we recommend changing the channel the Smart Clock connects to. 1, 6, and 11 are usually the best choices because they don’t overlap with each other. Having too much overlap between wireless devices on your network can cause the Smart Clock to disconnect in rare occurrences. OK as an alarm, issues as a Google Home assistent

Works fine with my voice, though. Also, it doesn't seem to be keeping up with the latest updates from Google for new features and bug fixes for Google Home.

You can teach the assistant to recognize her voice by having her create a google account, or by adding her existing google account to the Google Home App. Detailed instructions can be found here https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9155535?hl=en . Next you will want to activate and setup "Voice Match" on her account in the Google Home App. To do this from the home screen in the Google Home App tap the circular account picture in the top right corner of the screen. Select your Fiance's account. Then please select "Assistant Settings". Next Please select "Assistant" from the top menu. Then scroll down and select "Voice Match". From there Google Assistant will ask her to say and record a few phrases. Now your Smart Clock with Google Assistant will recognize both of your voices. If you need further assistance please reach out to our customer support team at 866-426-0911
