Limited features and disconnects often

When it disconnects from the internet, the whole setup process must be repeated. It is also very limited in what it can do and can't do many seemingly simple assistant tasks. The setup and features things could be more about Google Assistant and the Gone app than it is about this clock.

Posted .The Lenovo Smart Clock provides lots of great features and functions to be a perfect compact smart home device, aside from just being a standard clock. I recommend going to our How-To & Solutions Guide to learn more about the different functions and settings. As for the Wifi issue you described, try resetting your home router instead. Also, check your Wifi settings to ensure that you are on a 2.4ghz WiFi band.

Hello, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue with your smart clock. Please power cycle the device by unplugging it for 1-2 minutes. Plugging it back in and allowing it to power on. If the issue remains please perform a factory reset by holding down the “Volume + and – ” buttons on top of your device for 8 Seconds.
