In regards to the internet connection it is possible that making sure it is connected to the 2.4G band of your router and not the 5g band could fix this issue. Another possible solution would be to perform a factory reset by holding down the “Volume + and – ” buttons on top of your device for 8 Seconds. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support team at 866-426-0911

In fact, display says "setup", again! It does not show clock, or anything! You have to reset it. I had to do go through setup process 3 times already in 3 weeks. If it happens again, I am returning it. do yourself a favor, buy something reliable.

Posted .We're sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your device. In case of WiFi signal loss, the alarm and time functions will work even if you lose internet signal. You should not be prompted to setup your device with a simple WiFi signal loss, as your device will simply show an internet connection symbol in the corner. I recommend doing a factory reset by long-pressing the volume up and down buttons at the same time until the device reboots. Otherwise, if that does not offer a solution, please contact Lenovo customer support.
