I gave this to my dad as a gift but sometimes the screen doesn’t even display anything. Luckily he just uses it as a speaker but I feel like that’s not what I really paid for. Better to just get a google home speaker. This is junk tbh.

Posted .Hello, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue with your Lenovo Smart Clock with Google Assistant. Your device should not be behaving in this manner. This device does include an auto dim feature with ambient light sensor. The screen is capable of dimming to almost no light and turning off completely. Please ensure this is not the cause of your issue. You can access the screen settings by swiping up on the home screen of the device, selecting the settings icon, and then selecting display settings. If the issue persists please power cycle the device by unplugging it for 1-2 minutes. Plugging it back in and allowing it to power on. If the issue remains please perform a factory reset by holding down the “Volume + and – ” buttons on top of your device for 8 Seconds. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support team at 866-426-0911
