Easy to use and looks good. Purchased for a Christmas present and it was her favorite. Ans the speaker on this little guy is a beast.

Good for use at nightstand

Placement was kind of terrible but we wanted it to be center of the room for both me and my wife to use. When we bought the Lenovo ones (two of them) we set one up at each nightstand and we use them as our clocks. The placement has greatly improved the reception of commands and we even use them as our alarm clocks over our phones now. There are a few options to customize the clock but it's limited. I wish there were more options on laying out my smart devices. I'd like to be able to control my bedroom lights individually instead of the whole room. Also, it would be great if these devices could support video playback.

It has a handy switch to turn off the microphone for privacy. The only reason I'm not giving it all 5 stars is the automatic display brightness is a little dim with the lights on. The display is close to perfect in a dark room, not too bright, but easily readable.

Posted .We're so glad you are enjoying the Lenovo Smart Clock. The automatic brightness should adjust perfectly to the lighting in the room. If you prefer a brighter display at times, you go into Settings > Display Settings and change your preferred Minimum Brightness to make it brighter. Or you can simply turn off the auto brightness option and select the level you like best. You can also voice command Google to turn up and down the brightness. So if you're across the room you can simply say, "Hey Google, turn brightness to 10" and it will go to full brightness. Hope this helps!

Google clock, somewhat cool, not all features work

Auto dim at night feature doesn't work even after following forum suggestions. The feature that is supposed to brighten over a 30 minute time period before the alarm goes off doesn't work. Went through all the menus and couldn't figure it out and I'm an IT guy. Don't really need it, never had it so I didn't really care about it. The newer Google Assistant features like Continued Conversation aren't available for the Lenovo clock yet. The screen backgrounds and clock faces are limited and I don't really care for any of them so I keep it on the default multi color number screen. It's very small, about the size of a Google Home Mini. It basically does what I got it for, a Google Home Mini with a clock display so I don't wake people up late at night asking it what time it is. But it's not worth the $80 full price.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback on the Lenovo Smart Clock. You can learn more about the nifty features the Smart Clock has by visiting our How-To & Solutions Guide. You shouldn't be experiencing any issues with the auto dimming feature - confirm that your brightness icon has an "A" in the center which indicates it is on. If you feel that it is still not working correctly, I recommend a factory reset by holding down both sound buttons on the top - that should do the trick! As for Continued Conversation, it does not currently work on the Smart Clock, however Google is working to enable this feature, so stay tuned!

Gift for mom

I didn't believe she would.use any of the products, but now she has more products than I do! She really loves thos alarm clock, she gets to set routines and wake up to music and everything turns on for her as well, she loves it!

Good clock, loud alarm

Posted .Hi there! The Lenovo Smart Clock does not have an FM radio but you can connect to digital radios such as iheart radio and more. The Smart Clock provides lots of great features and functions to be a perfect compact smart home device, aside from just being a standard clock.
