Posted .Hi Mack thanks for choosing the Lenovo Smart Clock with Google Assistant. First please ensure you have a compatible Smart Thermostat. The Lenovo Smart Clock works with Smart Thermostats that carry the "Works with Google Badge" After that please ensure you have the Smart Thermostat linked to your Google Home Account from within the Google Home App. If after these steps your issue persists we recommend to power cycle the device by unplugging it for 1-2 minutes. Plugging it back in, and allowing it to power on. If the issue remains please perform a factory reset by holding down the “Volume + and – ” buttons on top of your device for 8 Seconds. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support team at 866-426-0911

Doesn't have a camera so great for the bedroom. Does everything I need by speaking to it, like set alarms or asking it questions with "ok google". I recommend this clock.

Currently the Lenovo Smart Clock can only show video feeds from Smart Cameras that carry the "Works with Google Assistant" Badge. We do offer a Lenovo 7" Smart Display that is capable of streaming videos, and can make video and voice calls for free with Google Duo.
