Very cheap solution for google home

Great alarm clock, bad charger

Previously I was using a Google Home Mini. This has all of the ease of use of that, plus configuration options since it has a screen. It is nice to press a button to stop the alarm instead of saying "Ok google" The screen is a little dark, but works great as a bedtime clock. I have been burned by many iHome devices with really bright lights. The only con is the charger is really low powered. It barely works for an iPod touch, but wouldn't work for an iPad.

You can adjust the brightness of the screen at anytime by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and selecting the "A" icon with the circle around it.
